MM6125 has many unique characteristics:

• MM6125 is a thermoplastic material - one component, 100% solids; no solvents means no on-site cure failures, no two part mixing and no VOC restrictions.
• MM6125 conforms to all surface irregularities and bonds tenaciously to an acceptable substrate (i.e., concrete, steel, wood, etc.) restricting the lateral migration of water between the membrane and substrate.
• MM6125 is completely monolithic, no seams!
• MM6125 is typically installed at 215 mils thick in the fabric reinforced assembly. This is more than three times thicker than most other waterproofing membranes. Thickness is an important benefit in that MM6125 exhibits the ability to self-heal and better accommodate developing cracks in a concrete substrate.
• MM6125 can be installed at temperatures as low as 0 °F (provided the substrate is clean, dry, free of snow and frost).
• MM6125 detailing is simplified, with triple protection at all critical locations.
• MM6125 can be intalled in dead level applications. The membrane can withstand and perform in submersed water conditions and is fully warrantable, making MM6125 the perfect membrane for no slope decks, water features, pools and vegetated roofs.

One of the reasons MM6125 has been so successful in the market place is that MM6125 can only be installed by "trained" authorized Hydrotech applicators. MM6125 is sold direct, not through a distributorship.

Most importantly, MM6125 has been used in the marketplace for 50 years WITHOUT A MATERIAL FAILURE!

i shall miss working with you...

seeing you in the EVITA chorus and wanting to know who you were; then coming back and finding out; then casting you as Irina in THE SEAGULL; loving your Maria Von Trapp, your 'hairspray' and your Lady M (amongst many); and watching you dance on those Liberation Days...

watching you take such great care of the kids in ANNIE; laughing together in rehearsal; eating sweets (too many sweets) with you; meeting up for just 20 minutes to plan rehearsals in lunch breaks; the improvisations and the kids telling us they didn't know they had it in them; your Chitty-Chitty-Bang-Bang-T-Towel-Dance; you telling me: "you should have done that more often" when I threw a wobbly about insecurity of text at a Dress Rehearsal; and always, always being positive amidst the stupid and crazy ideas; watching you be on stage, in the wings, and in row J almost all at the same time to check shapes (i loved that!)...

your bloody brilliantly inspired and dynamic Chitty-Chitty-Bang-Bang-T-Towel-Dance in ANNIE...

talking with you about water and dancing and theatre...

going with the flow...

i can think of nothing that will do you justice as a dancer, choreographer, performer, actor and maker...

but who will choreograph for me now...

you are loved and missed by many who have known you so much longer than i...

i am sure i will work with Finleigh and Guy again... 

it was lovely seeing you and talking with you so much these past 18 months...

we shall miss you kid
